Focus

Clement works with a select group of individuals, families, companies and institutions and helps them build, manage, preserve and transition comprehensive wealth. They assist them with all types of investments, liability management, risk management as well as estate and fiduciary services. The process begins with listening to their clients and helping them identify where they see themselves three,
five and ten+ years down the road so he can clearly understand his clients’ financial needs. He then prioritizes each of the goals to assure what is most important to the clients has highest priority. Once completed, there is a comprehensive analysis done which will lead to recommendations that will align to the clients’ goals and risk tolerance.

All recommendations are independent, unbiased, objective and designed to be cost effective. Only upon agreement are recommendations implemented and continued to be monitored and adjusted as major market conditions might occur and/or major dynamics within the household like a death in the family, divorce and/or inheritance.

Background and Experience

Clement has been in the business almost 20 years. Prior to joining FSC Securities and forming Richardson eWealth Strategies Inc., Clement was First Vice President-Investments for Umpqua Investments Inc. Prior to serving at Umpqua Investments, Clement worked with the Global Private Group at Merrill Lynch for three years and also two years prior with Paine Webber which became UBS
Financial Services.

Clement graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies (Biology/Philosophy) in 1994 and received his MBA from the University of Baltimore
in 2000. Clement maintains FINRA Licenses 7 & 66, as well as insurance licenses.

Away From the Office

He is active in the community and volunteers for several non-profit organizations. Clement was born in Antigua, West Indies and grew up in Maryland, where his family still resides. Clement is an avid hiker and swimmer. When not catching up on the latest business
best-seller, he is often planning his next hiking trip to the beautiful countryside of Northern California. Clem enjoys workouts and meditation.
